Never miss another enquiry.
Let AI do the boring half of your business.

Answering enquiries. Chasing quotes. Keeping the CRM up to date. I build AI that does the jobs eating your team's week, so your people can get on with the work that actually needs them.

I'm Ben Brierley. I run revenue operations for a living, which means I have spent my career fixing exactly these problems by hand. Now I build the software that does it.

Why an operator, not an agency.

Most AI consultants start with the technology and go looking for a problem. I started on the other end. I have spent my career inside the revenue machine, so I already know where it leaks.

1

What Revenue Operations actually is

It is the job of joining sales, marketing and customer service into one machine. One set of numbers. One pipeline. One version of the truth. When a business grows past about ten people, this is the job that stops it falling apart.

2

What I own day to day

The CRM. The data behind it. Lead routing and who gets what. The handovers between teams. Forecasting and reporting. The whole stack of tools a sales team touches. If it decides how money moves through a business, it sits on my desk.

3

Why that matters for AI

I know where deals leak. I know which hours get wasted. And I know that half the processes in a business are really just a person copying information from one screen to another. That is exactly the work an AI agent should be doing.

4

I build it, not just advise on it

I run an AI product business as well as a consultancy. Voice agents that answer the phone. Chat agents that qualify leads. Systems that read documents and update records on their own. All of it live, in real businesses, today.

From a tangle of tools to one clean line.

Most small businesses do not have an AI problem. They have eleven tools that do not talk to each other, and a person in the middle holding it all together with copy and paste.

Four ways I can help.

Start with the audit if you are not sure. It pays for itself or I will tell you so.

01

AI Revenue Audit

Two weeks looking at your whole revenue engine. Where the time goes, where the money leaks, and the five automations that pay for themselves first.

  • A map of every step from enquiry to invoice
  • Hours and pounds put against each leak
  • A ranked build list, with what it costs and what it saves
02

AI agents that do the work

AI that does the job, not a chatbot that answers questions. Agents that qualify the lead, chase the quote, update the record, write the follow up and hand a human a clean summary.

  • Built on your own tools, not a new platform to learn
  • A human approves anything that matters
  • First working agent live inside a month
03

Data and systems plumbing

Clean CRM. Tools that talk to each other. One set of numbers everybody trusts. The unglamorous work that makes every AI project above actually stick.

  • Deduped, tidied and joined up records
  • Reporting that matches what the bank says
  • Lead routing that gets to the right person first time
04

A part time AI lead

A day or two a week inside your business. Someone senior owning the AI plan and the numbers, without paying a senior salary.

  • Owns the plan, the tools and the numbers
  • Sits in your management meeting and tells you the truth
  • Trains your team so it does not all live with me

What we actually build.

Real jobs, done by software, in businesses that look like yours. Pick the one that is costing you the most this week.

Every enquiry answered

Every enquiry answered in under a minute, day or night. Scored, routed and logged before a human touches it.

60 seconds to first reply

Quotes chased for you

Follows up five times over three weeks, in your tone of voice, and stops the second someone replies.

3x more quotes answered

Notes written for you

Call recorded, summarised, next steps written, record updated, proposal drafted. Your rep does none of it.

4 hours back per rep, per week

Spot who is about to leave

An agent reading usage and support tickets, flagging the accounts about to leave while there is still time.

60 days of warning

Paperwork typed in for you

Invoices, quotes, purchase orders and forms read automatically and pushed straight into your systems.

No more manual keying

The same three questions

Answers the 40 percent of tickets that are the same three questions. Escalates the rest with the context attached.

Instant answers, all hours

Answers the phone

An AI that answers the phone, sounds human, takes the details properly and books the call back.

Zero missed calls

Keeps the sales list tidy

Nags stale deals, fixes bad data, chases the missing close date. Keeps the forecast honest without a manager nagging.

Clean numbers on Monday

The Monday email

One email a week that says what changed, what it means and what to do about it. Written in English, not charts.

One page, every week

Example engagements.

These are composite examples that show the shape of the work and the kind of results it produces. They are illustrations, not named clients.

Thornbury Heating
Plumbing and heating, 18 staff

Enquiries came in by phone, web form and Facebook. Nobody owned them. Half were answered the next day, some never.

Built a voice agent for out of hours plus one triage agent that answers, qualifies and books the survey.

0missed calls after 5pm
Halden & Rowe
Specialist recruitment, 24 staff

Reception was drowning. Rebooking lapsed patients kept slipping to the bottom of the list.

£58kof treatment recovered
Kestrel Foods
Food wholesale, 40 staff

Orders arrived as PDFs, emails and photos of handwritten sheets. Two people typed them in all day.

Orbit Field
B2B software, 20 staff

The forecast was a guess. Nobody trusted the pipeline, so the founder rebuilt it in a spreadsheet every Friday.

Wren & Marlow
Independent estate agency, 3 branches

Valuation enquiries went cold overnight. The old database of past sellers was never touched.

Built instant enquiry response plus a reactivation agent that works the back book, gently, forever.

27valuations from a dormant list
4 minaverage response, any hour

Every figure above is illustrative. If you want to talk to a real reference before you spend anything, ask me and I will arrange it.

The good stuff, in plain English.

This is what modern AI can actually do now. Not the 2022 chatbot you tried once and turned off.

AI that does, not just chats

AI that takes actions rather than just answering. It does the task, start to finish, and tells you when it is done.

It can use your tools

The AI can reach into your CRM, your calendar and your invoicing system and actually change things.

Plugs into what you already pay for

Plugging models straight into the systems you already pay for, instead of another dashboard nobody opens.

Answers from your own files

Grounded in your documents, your prices and your policies. It quotes your business, not the internet.

A little team of them

One to research, one to write, one to check the work. They hand off to each other like a small team would.

It can talk

An agent that answers the phone, holds a natural conversation and takes the details down correctly.

Tested before it meets a customer

We prove it works on hundreds of real examples before it is allowed near a customer.

A human in the loop

You choose what the AI can do on its own and what still needs a person to press yes.

Tell me what is eating your week.

One short conversation. I will tell you straight whether AI is the answer, and if it is not, I will tell you that too.

Get in touch

How a project actually runs.

No six month discovery phase. You should see something working in weeks.

Week 1

Look

I sit with your team and follow the work. Every step from enquiry to invoice, and how long each one really takes.

Week 2

Decide

You get a ranked list. What it saves, what it costs, what to do first. You can stop here and take it in house.

Weeks 3 to 5

Build

The first agent goes live on real work, with a person approving anything that leaves the building.

Then

Widen

We measure it, tune it and move to the next job on the list. Or I train your team and step back.
